DEMO VERSION / REFUND POLICY: A demo version of CaddieMasterPro is not available. Here's why. Once you have purchased the product and become a registered user, you are entitled to many free upgrades -- this includes all versions except those where many new major enhancements (Version 3.04 being an example) have been added.  Our customers love this feature!

Since we could not distinguish between a full-function version and a demo version, we solved the "demo version" issue by providing our potential customers with a free preview tour program. And here's a bonus -- the preview tour program doubles as an excellent training tutorial even after you have purchased the actual production program. .

You can receive a full refund by simply submitting the request within 10 days of making the original purchase. In the case of the CD version (or product), return the software (CD & case and/or product) to us and when we receive it, your card will be credited with the purchase price (not including the shipping & handling fees). DOWNLOAD PROCESS: Here's how the download works. Having addressed the Credit Card payment procedure and on approval by order fulfillment personnel, the purchaser will be emailed a file link that can be clicked to initiate the download procedure.
